HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data Handling, Security and Account Retention

bt32 applies consistent standards across data collection, storage and deletion. The six areas below describe what we do, not what we aspire to — these are the actual practices in place for…

Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide at registration and the activity logs generated during your session. No additional personal data is pulled from your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe provider beyond what the transaction confirmation supplies to complete the payment.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on bt32 are used for session management, fraud prevention and performance analytics. You can review which cookies are active and withdraw non-essential consent at any time through the cookie settings panel in your browser or account settings page.

Account Security

All account data is stored with encryption at rest and in transit. Two-factor authentication is available and strongly recommended for accounts that hold a wallet balance or have a linked UPI or Paytm method saved to the payment panel.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for the legally required period after closure — typically seven years for financial records. After that window closes, we delete or anonymise the data in line with our documented retention schedule.

Your Access Rights

You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you at any time. Submit the request through the Help Centre form or via email to our compliance address. We aim to respond within five working days with a structured data export.

Requesting Changes

If data we hold about you is inaccurate, you can request a correction by contacting compliance support with supporting documentation. Where a correction is not possible without affecting account integrity, we will explain the reason in writing.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

The questions below cover the points we hear most often about our terms, privacy practices and your account rights. If your question is not answered here, reach out to compliance support directly through live chat or email and we will respond in writing.

Access depends entirely on local law in your state or territory. Check that your use is permitted under applicable rules before opening an account. We restrict access where eligibility under local law cannot be confirmed, and we do not override state-level restrictions.

We hold the registration details you provided, session activity logs, payment confirmation data from UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions, and any correspondence with our support team. You can request a full export through the Help Centre at any time.

Submit a deletion request via the Help Centre form or by emailing compliance support. We will process the request within five working days. Note that financial records must be retained for the legally required period before permanent deletion can be completed.

Yes. Contact compliance support with the correct details and any supporting documentation. We will update the record where the correction is verifiable. Where a change affects account verification, we may need to re-confirm your identity before updating.

Our full terms document specifies the governing law and dispute resolution process. Access is subject to local law, so the applicable legal framework may vary depending on your location within India. The current terms document is always available in your account dashboard.

Raise the matter through live chat or email, marking the subject as a formal dispute. Our compliance team reviews disputes separately from routine support queries and responds in writing. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the terms document describes further escalation steps.

We update our terms whenever our practices change in a material way. We notify you by email to the address on your account and post the updated version to the Help Centre. Continued use of the account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
